Frequently Asked Questions

What's included when I book a tepee sleepover party?

All items included in the details of the package selected, including delivery, set-up, styling, and take down. Laundering and disinfecting of all bedding and items used is included.

How is bedding cleaned?

All bedding is professionally laundered after each hire using sensitive washing liquid.

How much space do I need for a tepee set up?

We can arrange them to fit in most spaces. If you're not sure, let us know the size of the room you'll be putting them in and we'll check to see how they'll fit.

How long is the hire period?

Each rental period last approximately 24 hours. If you need the tepees for a longer period let us know. Pricing may vary and request is subject to availability.

Can I higher teepees, for more than one night?

Yes! However, this is subject to availability. Let us know your special needs and we will work to accommodate you.

What is your cancellation policy?

A minimum of 7 days’ notice must be given for requests to change the date of your hire booking. The customer’s request can then be granted on the condition that preferred date is available. Complete cancellations must be made two weeks (14 days) prior to the date booked for a refund.

How long does it take to set up?
Approximately two hours for a package of 5 teepees

We require a 50% deposit to secure your party, with the remaining balance to be paid upon delivery.
